My experience at Hendy Ford Chichester could have been better because I was repeatedly told by Melissa that a second set of keys would be given to me and I'm doing all the chasing, 5 phone calls later and 3 weeks in no sign of an appointment and Melissa doesn't return or answer my calls. Im more having to ring again tomorrow on Christmas Eve to chase. Super disappointed with the service from what I thought was a garage that prides itself on customer service. Please sort this out it's dreadful.
Hendy Ford Chichester staff were good because they were very helpful going the extra mile (10 ) to bring the car from Portsmouth. They have a realistic trade in and overall a good package. The only thing missing were as always the mats. The Salesman Joe and his manager Matt were both very polite and followed up to ensure all was well, Highly recommended.

The staff at Hendy Ford Chichester were good because they conveyed all necessary information clearly and precisely. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Salesman listen to what our requirements where and delivered. No hard sale which was greatly appreciated . Very courteous
